Day17 – Trois Chapeaux

Medium gold appearance, complex flavours of green apples, pears, edelweiss flower, lemons, vanilla and earthiness. On the palate, the juicy lemony acidity balances the firm phenolic structure while the low alcohol contributes to an elegant ethereal nature. Super gastronomic and elegant wine.
