Cooper hues and austere notes of peaches, sweet cherries, cloves and thyme. In the palate the vibrant acidity gives freshness, and the well-integrated alcohol adds volume. Complex flavours of juicy grapefruit, pastry notes and oily texture. Long finish with earthy notes of clay.
