“The wine is deep purple, with intense aromas and one excellent graphite after taste. Flavors of creme de cassis, sour cherry, tea, tobacco leaves and herbal flavours come first. As the wine opens, it shows waves of cacao, espresso, sweet spices and a tone of violets add to its complexity. On the palate it has a supple nature. The tannins are grip with fine structure. The lively acidity, the alcohol level and the depth of the fruit helps this wine to age with grace….”

Rue Du Soleil

“A powerful deep purple wine. The tannins are smooth and well matured. The alcohol level is quite high and very well integrated, adding weight and warmth in the palate. It shows a complex canvas of aromas and flavors reminiscent Bordeaux blends from Napa Valley. Black and dark crunchy cherries, dried nuts surrounded by Belgian chocolate, waves of ink and leather, tones of wild herbs compose a multi-layer character !!! Excellent work for cellaring”

“The colour is pale pink with orange streaks. An unfiltered rosé wine with finesse. The aromas are gentle, pink lady apple, strawberries and raspberries. As the wine opens, tropical fruit like mango, jasmine and a herbaceous tone add complexity. The mouthful is ethereal endowing an addictive nature. The flavours are intense and persist. The acidity is nervy and balances the slightly oily texture. This wine is ideal to start a meal and makes excellent food pairings with pasta and sea food….”

“This Vlachiko wine is elegant and fragile with refreshing acidity, fruit depth and long finish. Its colour is medium purple and it shows aromas of crunchy red and sour cherries, strawberries, herbal and vegetative notes. Flavours of mint, thyme, capsicum and grass will seduce you. The fruit depth and the high levels of acidity will help this wine to age well in the cellar….”

Adagio

““Adagio” shows an outstanding balance between its structural components, creating a harmonious concert. It has a deep ruby colour and α very complex aromatic pallet. Generous fruit, black plum and pomegranate, fig, fruit cake, chocolate, vanilla, ink and leather are some of its flavours. The firm tannin structure and its supple texture result in an excellent mouthfeel. The prolonged aftertaste of mineral notes and graphite adds extra points.

The Day sixth label is a late harvest merlot which celebrates the wine concentration and the fruit depth. A firm tannin structure is surrounded by generous black fruit, while tones of dried red flowers, fig, leather, ink and mocha add extra complexity. The wine has bright ruby colour and generous fruit; red cherries and red plums, balance nicely the sweet spices and the oak smokiness. The moderate and velvety tannins, the well-integrated alcohol and its fresh acidity compose a silky texture and contribute to its elegant style. The development in the glass reveals flavours of red flowers, wild herbs and ink. The iodine and the minerals add a seaweed sensation while a graphite note signatures the persistent finish.

The appearance is pale pink with orange hues. Intense flavours of sweet peaches, strawberries, candied orange zest, quince and thyme notes dominate the palate. The crisp acidity and the generous alcohol add extra power to its creamy texture. The strong and persistent fruity finish signifies its gastronomic nature.
