The appearance has a deep purple colour. Aromas of black cherries, blueberries, leaves of black tea, tobacco, cloves and cedar dominate the nose. In the palate, its austere structure is supported by the firm tannins and a crisp acidity. The alcohol is quite good integrated and its long finish is underlined by cacao, iodine and graphite notes. It will age with grace for the next decade. Paired with premium beef cuts it reveals its gastronomic nature.
