It has a bright and dense purple appearance. It smells of sour red cherries, cranberries, violets, chestnut and sweet spices. Mouth-watering wild red berries, fragrant and juicy in the palate. The vibrant acidity, the moderate alcohol and the amazing fine tannins build a delicate structure. It can be enjoyed slightly chilled (13 to 15oC) paired with fish dishes with red sauces or grilled tuna filet.
