Day41 – Liberté

Tasting note by Panos Tzimas MSc DipWSET, July of 2025

Luminous copper in colour. Aromas of ripe plum, red cherry and raspberry unfold alongside quince, apricot and delicate notes of vanilla and nutmeg. The palate combines texture with freshness, supported by vibrant acidity and a persistent mineral finish. Wet clay, Mediterranean herbs and a gentle saline character define the wine’s long, savoury finish.
