Brilliant pale gold in appearance, Gewürztraminer 2025 expresses the cool alpine character of Konitsa with clarity and poise. The nose is refined and aristocratic, revealing layered aromas of pink rose petals, edelweiss blossom, ripe apricot, and lychee. The west-facing, sun-bathed slopes contribute to the development of generous, well-matured fruit aromas while preserving aromatic precision. The palate is concentrated yet composed, unfolding flavours of preserved citrus peel, bergamot, and honeysuckle. A linear, refreshing acidity provides balance and definition, leading to a long, finish with delicate herbal undertones and a distinct alpine freshness.
