Deep purple in appearance, Vero Rosso 2025 shows an expressive, fruit-forward aromatic profile. The nose combines black and red cherry, plum, cranberry, and wild strawberry, lifted by delicate violet florals and pronounced herbal nuances. With aeration, subtle hints of cinnamon and dark chocolate emerge, adding further complexity. On the palate, bright acidity provides freshness and definition, framing a concentrated core of vibrant fruit. Fine-grained tannins offer gentle structure without heaviness, allowing the wine to be enjoyed slightly chilled (14–15°C). The palate progresses smoothly to a persistent, fruit-driven finish with a refreshing herbal lift.
