Méthode Traditionelle – Rosé
Brut Nature-vintage 2020
Tasting note by Panos Tzimas MSc DipWSET, July of 2025
Pale salmon in colour with a fine, persistent bead. The nose is restrained and precise, offering delicate notes of fresh raspberry and white nectarine, gently lifted by violet florals and subtle autolytic layers of brioche, toasted bread, and crème brûlée from extended lees ageing. On the palate, the wine is ethereal and finely textured. The mousse is creamy and well-integrated, while vibrant acidity provides lift and tension. Hints of citrus peel and pink grapefruit emerge toward the finish, adding freshness and clarity. Long, dry, and mineral, with a refined, gently bitter edge. A Brut Nature of finesse, precision, and quiet depth, defined by balance and composure.
Bottling format: 750ml
