Panos Jimas and his wife Kristy established the first vineyards in Ambracian Gulf and the winery in their family’s grange at Kalomodia village. They are both passionate to reveal the unexplored beauty of Epirus and offer high quality of gastronomic wines which reflect these breathtaking terroirs.
Kristy is Pediatrician and runs a private practice in Ioannina city. Panos and Kristy are also owners of the Bel-Air Ioannina, Aesthetic center.
They have two children, Charis and Andrea and family homeplace is the picturesque Ioannina city.

Panos Jimas is Chemist-Oenologist with Master of Science in Food Technology. He achieved the Diploma of WSET and he is WSET instructor and Quality Assurance Coordinator in the famous wine school WSPC in Athens. He has publications in scientific journals and writes articles about wine and spirits.

Stefanos Sioumalas and his wife Vaso Tori cultivate 2,8ha of rare Greek varieties in no-irrigated vineyards nearby their small hamlet, Sakelariko, part of wine villages of Zitsa municipality. Stephanos is agriculturist and vine grower since 2001 and Vaso has bachelor in Greek language and literature.
