The appearance is pale pink with orange hues. Intense flavours of sweet peaches, strawberries, candied orange peel, quince and thyme notes dominate the palate. The crisp acidity and the generous alcohol add extra power to its creamy texture. The strong and persistent fruity finish signifies its gastronomic nature.
