The wine has bright ruby colour and generous fruit; red cherries and red plums, balance nicely the sweet spices and the oak smokiness. The moderate and velvety tannins, the well-integrated alcohol and its fresh acidity compose a silky texture and contribute to its elegant style. The development in the glass reveals flavours of red flowers, wild herbs and ink. The iodine and the minerals add a seaweed sensation while a graphite note signatures the persistent finish.
