““Adagio” shows an outstanding balance between its structural components, creating a harmonious concert. It has a deep ruby colour and α very complex aromatic pallet. Generous fruit, black plum and pomegranate, fig, fruit cake, chocolate, vanilla, ink and leather are some of its flavours. The firm tannin structure and its supple texture result in an excellent mouthfeel. The prolonged aftertaste of mineral notes and graphite adds extra points.”
